Who is Strong Marriages and what do you do?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We prefer payment by Credit Card and accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for payment. We will also invoice you for your order, but reserve the right to hold shipment of your order until your payment has cleared. Choosing "Bill me by Invoice" on the checkout screen will cause a delay in the fulfillment of your order. Paying by Credit Card will result in your order shipping more quickly.

Do you charge sales tax? Our organization is exempt from sales tax, but how do I use our exemption on our order?

Strong Marriages is located in Addison, Texas, and as such we collect Texas state sales tax when appropriate. If you or your organization are located in Texas, we will assess sales tax on most of our product sales (some products we sell are exempt). If you are not located in Texas, then we do not collect Texas sales tax on your order. If you are in Texas and have a sales tax exemption, then please follow the instructions below:

    1. Login to your account in the top right hand corner of this webpage. If you have not yet created an account on the shopping cart, please use the "Create an Account" link in the top right hand corner to do so.
    2. Once logged into your account, please email your Texas sales tax exemption form to us at sales@strongmarriages.com. Please include the email address you used to create your account.
    3. Once we receive your exemption form, we will change your status to exempt and send you confirmation via email.
    4. After receiving confirmation, you can return to the shopping cart, place an item in your cart, and verify on the checkout page that no sales tax is assessed.

What are my options for shipping?

Within the US we ship most packages via the USPS. If you are located in the Dallas, Texas area pickup is also available at the address below. Shipping costs include actual shipping plus a small handling/packaging fee. For more information on our shipping policies click here.
